During the last 19 years, I have built on a background in retail customer service and sales to design and deliver training courses to over 5000 attendees at all levels of management, across 7 countries.
My passion lies in addressing these low standards through sales coaching and consulting to lead retailers beyond their KPI’s in a fun and creative way. I maximise sales by motivating and coaching business owners, managers and frontline staff to implement optimal sales techniques.
