Is True Local good for small businesses?

I have a new restaurant and I'm thinking about listing it on True Local, but I have heard some mixed reviews about it. Has anyone used True Local? What has your experience been with it?

If you're looking at this as a marketing exercise for the restaurant, I'd say there's better ways to spend your effort Jeffrey.  In terms of the site ... great for finding a plumber or locksmith, but it's not where users turn first to decide on dining options.  Check out Urbanspoon, Eatability, Time Out, Melbourne Restaurants (also lists other AU capital cities), Restaurants ... even Foursqare or Yelp.

I have a basic listing. Being a new business, I updated my details to be found at least, but I have not received any enquiries. To add to Anne's suggestions, I use Around Me (powered by Yellow Pages) to locate restaurants and cafes on my iPhone, but could not comment on success from a restaurant point of view.
