What is your greatest pet peeve in your day-to-day business?
We all have them. What gets to you the most?
This is definitely a petty pet peeve, but when the WiFi goes down it is super annoying because so few things work correctly without being connected to the internet anymore. Luckily just rebooting the router and modem usually fixes the issue, but still annoying and attention stealing when it happens (luckily it doesn’t happen super often).
A broken keyboard... some keys deciding not to work. And having a Macbook Air which makes it hard to replace the keyboard...
Particularly with Covid_19, everyone is using Wifi when they work from home. When you work virtually, reliable fast wifi has never been more important. When the NBN slows down to a crawl, so too does your time management and scheduling plans. Definitely slow, unreliable NBN. Broadband was so much faster and reliable.
In the vein of COVID... poor audio quality and connection issues are a real pain in the butt. When you're doing Zoom/Skype calls.
Definitely! Spending 10 minutes saying "hello...hello...are you there...lost you there" is never fun!
It's the little things... like when the printer breaks down and you've got 10 tenders to submit ... @Jef Lippiatt - It is always the little things. No WiFi, broken printer, laptop crashes... Always seem to make me really cross when something like that happens.
